Even if you are not into training or worried about a few extra pound, walking makes for great quality time with the little ones.

Sometimes, a soothing ride is just the thing to put little ones to sleep. With toddlers, you can have a good ole time singing songs, playing "I-spy', or pointing out birds and trees in the park.

EASING BACK INTO SHAPE:

For those who want to slowly ease back into an exercise regimen, power walking is the perfect thing. 

It is not as high impact as running, and the three wheel desgin of the jogger will provide stability and comfort for your little passenger.
